  Rooms are nice and clean. 27 steps up to the rooms with luggage is a bit of a struggle for older people. Not wheelchair or disabled friendly. Breakfast is cereal, juice and fruit all in prepack box. Tea and instant coffee supplied. 25% off anything bought in the hotel area. It is situated on a main road but there is almost no traffic noise to be heard.

  Was a great place to stay in clean and comfortable accommodation. Only thing that could be improved would be an allocated area to park for guests that wasn't being used by staff or other customers

  Beware of the water hammer from the water pipes, makes it sound like a truck (lorry) is coming through the wall. Very secure, card entry for customers. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

  Staff amazing (Lee-Ann) they went the extra mile, Cleaning staff need a kick up the bum, letting you down... renovations made the room fresh and those pillows were the absolute best... I will definately be booking again for 2018... let's hope cleaners have learnt how to clean and replace toilet paper rolls...

  Rooms need more sound isolation: plumbing, corridor conversation and bar entertainment clearly audible from room.

  Friendly staff. I ordered a meal in the Sports Bar. It came out quickly and was delicious. Served with salad & bread roll with butter portion. Good value for $12.
