    Worst customer experience of my life. This product DOES NOT WORK. Cats can and will escape and when they do, all of your attempts to contact head office will be ignored and requests for a refund from distributor declined. I am now having to escalate this to the ODR for European disputes, luckily we have that. If you value your animals safety and your rights and treatment as a consumer, please look elsewhere. You can secure your garden yourself with pet proof chicken wire and builders restraint straps and this will cost a fraction of the price and actually works.
